February 13, 2007 Florida - A battalion chief with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue was released from jail Monday after he was charged with drunken driving and leaving the scene of an accident the night before. Robert Wayne Garrett, 56, was released from Orient Road Jail late Monday morning after posting $750 bail, records show.
