Fire Chief Prohibits Firefighters From Taking Pictures At Fire Scenes

May 24, 2007 Maryland - Baltimore Fire Chief William Goodwin is reiterating what he says is a standing order to city firefighters it is forbidden to take photographs or shoot video footage at fire scenes while on duty.
