May 24, 2007 Maryland - Baltimore Fire Chief William Goodwin is reiterating what he says is a standing order to city firefighters it is forbidden to take photographs or shoot video footage at fire scenes while on duty. Goodwin says it wasn't a problem until recently. Some photos have been appearing on the Internet and Goodwin says the privacy of fire victims should be respected.
