Fire Destroys Building Near Auburn

January 18, 2007 Kansas - A structure fire Wednesday afternoon caused an estimated $150,000 in damage to an outbuilding and its contents in southwest Shawnee County. No injuries were reported. Chief Lloyd Warren, of the Auburn Fire Department, said no one was home at the time of the fire, which was reported by a passer-by at 12:57 p.m. at 9748 S.W. Hoch Road.
