May 13, 2007 California - A fast-moving fire destroyed two apartments in downtown Sacramento early Sunday, but no one was hurt, authorities said. The two-alarm blaze, reported at 2:15 a.m., consumed an apartment upstairs and the one below it in a two-story complex on the 2300 block of N Street, said Capt.
