May 19, 2007 Connecticut - Shortly after 10:30 am while responding to a call for a kitchen fire a 61 Eastern Avenue in Waterbury Engine 8 and Ladder 1 of the Waterbury Fire Department collided at the intersection or Route 73 and East Aurora Street.
