April 8, 2007 Ohio - A funeral service that will include a Columbus Fire Division color guard is scheduled for Tuesday in Lancaster for a Columbus fire captain killed in a motor-vehicle crash. Marquis Phillips, 35, of Canal Winchester, died Thursday night when his sport-utility vehicle crashed in Muskingum County. The State Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
