Firefighter, Son Dead In Apparent Murder Suicide

December 11, 2006 Florida - Police said a volunteer Plantation firefighter and his 7-year-old disabled son died of carbon monoxide poisoning in an apparent murder-suicide. Police said the bodies of 37-year-old Matthew Wheeler and his son, Dillon Wheeler, were found at about 3 p.m. Sunday in their garage. They were found inside a car with the engine still running.
