Firefighters Battling Blaze In South Loop

Illinois - At 3:30 pm on October 24, 2006, the Chicago Fire Department dispatch received a call of a fire in the basement of a 6 story loft-type building at 630 S. Wabash Avenue. The building was 75 x 125 and once housed the famous George Diamond Restaurant and also the Williams and Meyer Poster Printing Company.
