Firefighters Must Cover Tattoos

Illinois - Ink could sink a prospective firefighter's career in Godfrey. The Godfrey Fire Protection District Board of Trustees adopted a new grooming policy at its meeting Monday night. In a 2-1 vote, the board implemented a grooming policy that prevents future fire department personnel from displaying any visible tattoos.
