For the cyclists, it wasn't just about endurance and achieving something special, it was also a chance to enjoy New York in a different way. The 29th annual Five Boro Bike Tour joined 30,000 riders from near and far yesterday in a friendly 42-mile sightseeing excursion that began in Manhattan and ended on Staten Island.
