If boozing is an honor, then puking cannot be a disgrace. More and More young german people under 18 years follow this motto.

Friday evening, a pub in Frankfurt, four teenager sit at the bar drinking one drink after another paying once 15 Euro. They are totally drunk, and they do not stop it.

The statistics tell us that German teenagers take the fourth place of the european "boozing-championship", and the politicians do not do anything against it. Every teenager can get alcohol where and whenever he wants, and almost nobody controls them.

But the gouvernment wants to react. They want to stop alcoholism at tennagers under 18 years.

But how can we stop youth alcoholism, if many teenagers think as the motto says on the top of the text?
