Later at the end of the year as more ARM adjust for new rates, new foreclosure records will be reach and more homeowners will need help with copping with the stress of losing the homes they love.

Certainly you can't count on people such as Senator John Edwards who has taking advantage of people by investing in companies that are right now foreclosing on people in ravage katrina area.

and About Foreclosure rates, just read wall street daily and you'll understand..hard to believe that more people will be in foreclosures in the next few months but it's the truth. just wait and see i guess for you..
