Former Fire Company Treasurer Arrested

May 4, 2007 Maryland - A former treasurer of the Rivera Beach Volunteer Fire Company charged with stealing $50,000 is en route to Maryland after being picked up in South Carolina, Anne Arundel County law enforcement officials said yesterday. Horry County police arrested Kelly T. McColl, 40, at his home in Surfside Beach on April 18 and charged him with being a fugitive. McColl was released to county authorities 10 days later.
