Former NASCAR driver Jeff Purvis among injured in I-65 crash (WTVM 9)

CULLMAN, Ala. Officials say former NASCAR driver Jeff Purvis is among those who were injured in a crash on I-65 this afternoon that closed the thoroughfare for two hours. Purvis is from Clarksville, Tennessee and was on his way to Talladega where he was to compete tonight in a Dirt Late Model Series race at Talladega Short Track.
