A London auction of books, maps, manuscripts and photographs got a taste of Potter-mania Tuesday, when a first edition copy of J.K. Rowling's first Harry Potter title fetched the equivalent of more than $19,000 Cdn.Bonhams Fine Art Auctioneers saw fierce bidding for the hardcover copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, which eventually sold for £9,000 (about $19,200 Cdn) to an anonymous buyer.
