Atty. Francis L. Holland is an African American retired US-born immigration lawyer, now living in Brazil. His first political campaign work was for the first Black school committeewoman and city councilor in his native New Beford, MA and his most recent campaign have been to end the 43-term white male monopoly of the US presidency (accomplished) and to see the first "wise Latina woman" seated as a Justice of the US Supreme Court (accomplished).
