Franks Accuses Bush Of Ethnic Cleansing

Ethnic cleansing? State and local services completely failed the people of New Orleans, and now President Bush is being accused of ethnic cleansing. Franks needs to issue a retraction immediately.

For Rep. Franks information, the number of blacks killed in the aftermath of Katrina is proportionately lower than that of whites. 451 blacks to 335 whites in a city that was only 28% white.
