We went down the VAG last night to catch FUSE (link to PDF). We got there about 2 hours into the 4 hour event and I guess we missed the action. The Gallery hit us up for $10 at the door for what turned out to be access to the patio. We had a few drinks and it wasn't a bad time but it wasn't exactly the PS1 type event we were hoping for.

I was there too! With much the same impression. It seemed to me that the music was marginalized by being in a different venue than the bar, because let's face it, people always hang out near the bar. Was too bored by the end to even check out the afterparty, even though Steven Tong is a reliable impresario.
