My name is Alice May Jones. I'm an Irish woman living in Yorkshire, England. I am a university lecturer in Sociology. I have just finished my Sociology PhD at the University of Oxford. My teaching and research interests are sociological theory, feminist theory, women and society, crime and society, and theories of crime.

My stance is a liberal one, and remains largely constant regardless of the issue. I’m feminist, pro-equality, pro-abortion, anti-war, anti-racism, anti-homophobia, and anti-discrimination.
