Micheal Moore announces on the Jay Leno show on thursday that he is launching  the          "SiCKO Health Care Card. Encouraged by reports that patients who  had been denied coverage by Insurance companies  got favorable results by dropping  Moore's name, he ran with the idea of a card you can use to scare your insurance company if they give you any coverage problems.
