Girl Killed, 5 Other People Injured In Crash

A 7-year-old girl was killed and five other people were injured in a two-vehicle crash just east of Greenwood on Tuesday afternoon, the Johnson County Sheriff's Department said.

No names were immediately released. Police said a blue 1995 Oldsmobile was heading west on County Line Road when it crossed the centerline and struck an eastbound, white 2000 Cadillac head-on just after 4 p.m. near Peterman Road.
