18 minutes ago DETROIT - General Motors Corp. announced Tuesday that it will offer $500 to $1,500 in bonus cash on many of its 2006 and 2007 models. The offer is good until Sept. 5, and in most cases, comes in addition to previously announced low-interest loan and customer cash offers.
