BTW, it turns out I like this architect! César Pelli designed the Petronas towers, the tallest twin towers ever and briefly the tallest buildings in the world; he also designed the Key Tower, the tallest building in Cleveland, my home town. It was notable for being the first interesting big thing to be built in Cleveland in nearly a century. (It was quickly followed by the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, which is alright if you're into I. M. Pei, which I'm not. The glass pyramid in front of the Louvre is fine, since the Louvre already sucks too much, inside and out, to suffer from any addition, but the Rock Hall is just a pyramid with something sticking out of one side. Been there, done that.)
