As said in my previous http://www.nowpublic.com/the_war_on_copyright writeup, Google and the current copyright laws just do not match. Here is the next installment: Google donates a few bucks to Creative Commons, the brainchild of Lawrence Lessig. The article mentions "Google has been heavily criticized, and sued, for possible copyright violations" -- well, if you are Google, what's the best way to avoid lawsuits? Change the law!
