Governor Sebelius

Kansas City Missouri's Liberty Memorial World War I Museum. During the rededication ceremony, Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius spoke about the museum. I thought it was interesting that the governor of Kansas attended this event, even though the museum is in Missouri. Also, Governor Matt Blunt was listed in the program, but did not attend. He was also not mentioned during the ceremony. If he had missed the ceremony due to inclement weather (highly possible) wouldn't he have sent a message to be read in his absence? Interesting...
