I was on my way to work this morning when I came across a neon green substance floating in a giant rain puddle just off of Hastings Street, the kind that probably turned those little turtles into the ninja fighting kind.

It was not a green you would see on the country side, it was a green that sort of glowed in the muddled water. I see strange this all the time down here but people were really avoiding the water when they came across it. And when I first walked by a man wearing a clear rain poncho was shoveling the green stuff from inside a building out into the alley.

I snapped a few photographs and then actualnewsguy made a few calls to see what we could report.

I will post anything I find out.
