Gul: Cyprus Issue Cannot be Solved via Blackmail

Turkish Foreign Minister Abdullah Gul stated on Wednesday during his Moscow visit that the Cyprus problem could not be solved through blackmail. FM Gul, who arrived in Moscow to attend the Paris Pact Initiative meeting, had a short conversation with his Greek counterpart Dora Bakoyanni during a break at the forum.
