I am writing in regard to my husband. We have been together for 4 years and we have a daughter together and we are also married. And since i haven't got papers on him, immigration has him in custody. I do not think that it is fair for them to be deported if they are working supporting their family and have kids and especially being married, and because of this i am loosing everything because i dont have the income and am 3 months pregnant and its even harder to get a job, bein a single black mother, having a bi-racial daughter, and to have to struggle just because he didn't have id. There needs to be something done to give immigrants a fair chance, just like everyone else, especially if they are working hard to support their wives and children. I would never want anyone to go through what im going through now,to have your husband taken away from you especially when their is a young child involved, and another one on the way, when he was working supporting his family. So something needs to be done about this situation,i know in not the only one who has had their family taken away for such a crazy reason.
