TruemorsClub Gascon is one of those places that makes one wonder why they did get even one Michelin star. Ginger duck foie gras had almost no ginger, the bread was stale, and we were unable to tell why two types of mushrooms, out of which the white ones slightly pickled. A star for what it might be when served out of the right kitchen.
