13:365 My constant companion

This is my emergency inhaler. I'm up to approximately 4 times a day. I should be using it "as needed, but no more than twice a day".

Medical insurance saw fit to take me off my maintenance inhaler that I've been using for the last 5 years or so and leave me with this. Makes doing much of ANYTHING a pain in the ass because you never know when your next attack will come and you can never be further than arms reach away from this thing
