2-Yr-Old Layla Grace Passes Away to Cancer: Twitter, Blog Update
Layla Grace, whose battle with cancer has been followed by thousands via social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook, and a blog, passed away early this morning.
2-year-old Layla Grace Marsh garnered nearly 42,000 followers on Twitter and over 28,000 fans on Facebook all following her heart-wrenching battle with Neuroblastoma. Her parents updated the thousands of individuals with Layla Grace in their prayers almost daily on her condition as well as their own lives dealing with the battle.

Within hours of her passing, Layla Grace's name shot up to the top of Google Trends, #RIPLaylagrace became a trending topic on Twitter, and the wall on her Facebook fan page was flooded with prayers.
With nearly 650 new cases each year in the United States, Neuroblastoma is one of the most common cancers in infancy; 50% of all Neuroblastoma cases occur in children under the age of two.

I find this incredibly disrespectful. Do you realise you have spelt Layla's name wrong every single time you've written it?! If you're going to report on something like this, at least spell the poor child's name right!

My prayers are with Layla and her family. Trust me in know the heart wrenching feelings you have. Layla has very good company in Heaven. Our little Lucia also went to Heaven very recently from a brain tumor so I'm sure they will play together feeling healthy and free. Feel free to contact me if you want to talk.
