My mailbox, usually full of template-like press releases, sometimes is lucky enough to receive a valuable advice. This one came from Dr. Oz Garcia, the man who saved Kimora Lee Simon's life (in her own words). I figured what's good for Kimora, Hilary Swank and many other starlets must work for me, especially considering the fact that lots of it makes lots of sense.

Oz Garcia teaches us that good nutrition is the fundamental step in keeping skin glowing and healthy (Agreed!). So here is his seven best foods to keep skin looking flawless all summer long:

Jump on the pomegranate bandwagon. Pomegranates are loaded with vitamins and nutrients, including polyphenols, a very potent type of antioxidant which is known to boost collagen, improve skin tone and diminish cellulite.

Cook up the egg whites. Egg whites are a strong source of zinc, an essential mineral that keeps the skin firm and youthful.
