Email us with your stories.   Send them to SFHomeless@Zoho.com.  We'll cheerfully give them directly to the Honorable, San Francisco Public Defender (not a pubic pretender) Jeff Adachi, who came to PNN's public meeting today.

Mr. Adachi's ASKING YOU to share stories of police in your rooms without warrants. Mr. Adachi has videos of some SF Police Officers caught blocking cameras in SRO Hotels to illegally enter ROOMS & lying on reports to courts!

Local residents Victor, James, Mike & many advocates; tenants were there.

The more stories sent in the faster we catch the bad acting officers, to keep the good ones and ours communities safer for all of us, especially our children.

One guest shared how their family's children were taken away when SF PD was called out to help with a temporary problem with one child.   The police who came were rude, had no idea what they were doing and saw bags of stuff (safely since the rugs were being cleaned) and called CPS, who took all the kids away, without unbiased cause or just reason.

Total waste of taxpayer money, resources and will traumatize the children, teaching us all to NEVER call this City's police for normal help, because they are NOT competent to know shit from shine-ola.

They look down on all poor people or anyone different from their class or group and ASSume things and take actions which are costly, in their own ignorance, haste and lack of good judgement and total lack of understanding of anyone who does not walk, talk, act and look like they do.

The parents have been long time, hard working residents of this city and the kids are all well fed and taken care of.  The family only sought help to get one wild kid acting out, to settle down. Maybe a little good, respectable cop mentoring.

What a tragic joke.  The cops made wise cracks, couldn't make decisions or handle a room filled with normal, often loud or outspoken CHILDREN.

They chose to spend thousands of your dollars to take away children from family, for no reason. Even stole their baby from day care.

No public complaint.  No immediate or serious risk or hazard in the house. No known history of abuse. No signs of abuse.  No signs of malnutrition.  No foul odors. No Drugs, Weapons or anything harmful or violent, in sight.  Nada! Zip.

Many us have see these kind of Punk Ass, likely new, younger cops (who haven't lived in our city limits very long) who should be removed from the force for child endangerment and violation of the Constitution, intentional or negligent infliction of massive pain and suffering, to the family who were the ones who called for help, in the first place.

These officers have taught another large group of children and residents to NEVER call the police in this city,  until the day comes when all officers live inside our city limits and have proven they can be trusted to NOT bring shame to their badges or harm to our good people.

ATTENTION:  All San Francisco Residents Living In SRO Hotels, Apartments Being Intimated or Abused by Staff or SF Police Officers          I am a former legal investigator who has worked with victims of crimes, abuse and corruption for many years.   I can tell you all from personal experience and from watching others like the tenants at the Seneca Hotel and now the Henry Hotel; a single 30 second video can be much more convincing than boxes of documents and rooms filled with eyewitnesses.          People and documents often make mistakes but a clear video rarely lies and cannot be intimidated or banned from court use without a good cause.   Like if a video recording was made in a place where Privacy is normally expected and people cannot see or hear what's happening without breaking into or eavesdropping through walls.    Examples.         If you shoot a video into someone's office or room that has its door wide open then it would likely be okay because anyone could have walked by the open door and could hear and see inside the office.     If a door is closed it would likely be illegal to record what's happening inside that office because there is a high expectation of privacy - once the door is closed.     At the Seneca Hotel,  Tenderloin Housing Clinic LOVED this video camera a tenant put outside his door, in the common hallway, where no one has the right to expect privacy because anyone can walk down that hallway, at any time.   THC loved it when the tenant's camera shot pics of bad acting tenants, for months or more than a year or so.     But, when that same camera captured THC Thug Employees using force, intimdation and threats against Tenants late on rent, THC attempted to remove that camera in the hallway.      The tenant fought this in court.  Judge thought how ironic this situation is whereby Tenants, fearing for their safety because of Bad Management and unsafe building conditions, use the only tool they can afford to video document the facts of activity that causes harm to us, inside the Hotels.     Judge ruled that Tenants, who have safety concerns ARE FREE to put up a camera in common areas where there are no expectations of privacy.  You may do this in a hotel, but you may not be able to put cameras up in places like a medical facility or shelter where people have protections for increased expectations of privacy.   So, the camera was ordered to stay where it is until such time as the tenant chooses freely to take it down.       To help you document reality where you live,  I have access to Cheap Internet Cameras you can use to protect your room and the area immediate around your room, if you feel threatened or unsafe due to violence, break ins or threats from hotel staff or other residents.       I will buy these for you at cost and help you install them on a volunteer basis.  These cameras can be password protected and send video directly to the internet via wifi if you have wifi available, with or without a computer.   I will also seek donations for a fund to help purchase these for all of our low income tenants, at risk.         If you have any stories about what's happening in our city's 500 or so, SRO Hotels or need help to document abuses or violations by police, feel free to contact me, today.   Do not wait because we have multiple investigations going on at all the hotels, now.   Now, is the time to strike back with truth and justice to keep us all safe.       I have years of experience documenting bad conduct of individual police officers, judges, government officials and corporations,  in several states.  And I've worked with investigators of all types and levels in government and private practice, so trust me to be one more person you can contact for help, in order for us all to be safer.       Frankly, I have worked with a few police officers and prosecutors who have my total respect because they Follow The Law and Honor Their Duty to The Constitution and the Badge they wear proudly on their uniforms.          Seems to be less of those kind here in SF, than in past years, but that's okay - because, we have dozens of volunteers waiting in the wings for YOUR TIPS & STORIES to expose anyone who harms our residents in Our City.         If you need a private investigator,  there are 3 web sites I manage that have been online more than 10 years each.    One has over 300+ private and governmental investigators in it and the others have about 150 to 200 Members in each.   Whenever we need expert help - we dump leads onto the Investigator web groups our people manage who have 100 times more resources than we do.     They have current and ex-law enforcement officers, legal investigators, research specialists and others with access to all kinds of databases and contacts on the street, so its great to have them there, as our backup.        Please email me with your stories or the SFHomeless Group moderators and they will automatically forward your information to the SF Public Defenders office for review by Mr. Adachi's kick ass team who are on it !James LeonardSFBaySurf@Zoho.comSF Community Advocate and Outreach Specialist(415) 449-1534  (this is a secure voicemail used by SFHomeless group moderators - they will forward your messages to me without delay)
