Artificially Created Heart Attacks

I had sent this out previously and had spoken of how they have disrupted the electrical signal to my heart and caused such severe strain on it that it has gone into abnormal rhythm or as is described by medical personnel, "atrial fibrillation"(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atrial_fibrillation). 

I had also spoken previously of how a Hispanic man at DCC had his heart targeted and did not know what was occurring and was taken to medical thinking that he was having a heart attack only to return later smiling.

My last occurrence was a clear signal to me to back off on my activism and attempts to have the wrongs that are being perpetrated against others unknowingly to be addressed. Needless to say their attempt has not deterred me from doing what I know is right and just not only for myself but for countless others as well. 

They knocked my heart out of rhythm last Thursday but it did not achieve the desired effect and so Monday night I was awakened with severe pain in my chest and feeling as if my heart was being squeezed and expanded. I went to the hospital that morning and was admitted and scheduled for cardioversion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atrial_fibrillation#Cardioversion) which would have shocked it back into its natural rhythm again. 

The procedure was performed and for the first time it did not succeed in restoring my normal heart rhythm so the doctors determined that they would try again the next day. I informed them that morning that they would have to ramp up the voltage of the shock and send a stronger current into my heart in order to return it to sinus rhythm (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sinus_rhythm).

I prayed that morning regarding the situation knowing that my God is capable of all things. They came and took me to the room for the procedure to be performed and then I was connected to the monitor. 

I was queried as to what I was there for and I told the technician only to have him to advise me that my heart was already in sinus rhythm. 

All that morning I was experiencing shortness of breath and occasional chest pains which were indications to me that it was out of rhythm. When I got out of bed to get on the gurney to have the procedure performed I stumbled back slightly but regained my balance and was asked if I was alright and I told the young man that I was okay.

As I think back, when I stumbled it was due to my feeling as if I was pushed but it was my prayers being answered and my body being touched eliminating the need for the cardioversion.

These minions continue to cause hurt, harm and injury to occur to people (deserving of better) who are doing what is right, just and beneficial not only to themselves but for others as well. This technology needs to be stopped, laws need to be enacted to make it a criminal offense punishable by a period of incarceration substantial enough to discourage anyone from wanting to be at the controls of this demonic weapon of mass destruction and manipulation. 

Laws can and should be created not only at the federal level but at the state and the municipal levels as well to guarantee that no one is ever relegated to the status of a non consensual human test subject and that all of the laws that have been created to supposedly protect us by requiring written informed consent are enforced. At the same time that I was being assaulted a man from Buffalo, New York named David was being attacked as was Beth from Northeast Philadelphia and Shaka from Northeast Philadelphia and the ironic part of all of this is that I received calls from the three of them as well as an email from Dee of New York telling me of how people are being tortured mercilessly elsewhere.

I know, that I had made it public that when VP Biden appeared on the Daily Show that I was going to be viewing and had intentions of making my presence known hoping for Jon Stewart to question him about this system that Delaware activated and that they want all of us to accept as being normal. 

Needless to say, I am not dead and I am now more determined than previously to inform and to enlighten even more people about what is being done here in Delaware that directly impacts on others elsewhere and has resulted in premature deaths to young men here.

 I thank all of the medical personnel who worked to preserve my life not knowing that it was an artificially created condition that required substantial force to reverse. 

I pray that the medical personnel from that hospital will raise their voices in opposition to the criminals having access to these weapons that can not only influence people to act in a manner than is contrary to their normal character but can inflict pain and suffering that exceeds their imagination and that is a violation of the Holy Bible (Gods Word), the Constitution and international agreements and treaties.

We as a people need to unite and make known our opposition to this technology being used on living organism knowingly and unknowingly. 

The reason why I said living organisms is due to its having been used on the pets (dogs) of Robert LaRusso of New York resulting in their deaths. (Thats right plural.) 

Imagine, to be powerless to do anything to help your pets except to hold them and attempt to comfort them as they suffer through being targeted by a directed energy weapon attack that causes them to bleed from their mouths, noses and anuses as a result of having their internal organs destroyed? This is what Robert had to endure. 

Intervention is needed and I pray that we as a people will all awaken in time.

 MOSCOW'S REMOTE-CONTROLLED HEART ATTACKS 

This is the second of David Hambling's two-part series on plasma and electromagnetic weapons. 

The American military may want to attack the nervous system, with pain rays and laser plasma pulses. But they're not the only ones. 

The Russians have long studied such systems, too -- including one weapon that could, in theory, remotely trigger heart attacks. 

In 2003, at the 2nd European Symposium on Non-Lethal Weapons, Anatoly Korolev and his colleagues from Moscow State University presented a paper with the snappy title "Bioelectrodynamic Criterion of the NLW Effectiveness Estimation and the Interaction mechanisms of the multilayer Skin Tissues with electromagnetic Radiation.

"This is a study of how radio-frequency weapons -- like the American Active Denial System -- affect the skin. 

After wading through a mass of technical data showing how complex the interactions are we reach the punch line: The sensations modality (pricking, touch, pressure, gooseflesh, touch, burning pain etc) depends on the field parameters and individual concrete human being factors.

As a matter of fact, we can really choose the non-lethal bioeffect. The effects include sensations similar to those discussed previously, and more besides. 

The paper discusses effects on cell membranes and affecting the body’s normal function, including "information transfer to the organs of control." 

At the same conference, V Makukhin of the Trymas Engineering Center in Moscow described "Electronic equipment for complex influence on biological objects." And when he says "biological objects," he means you and me. 

His laboratory apparatus uses a modulated beam of radio waves to produce what he terms "disorder of autonomic nervous system," put forward as a possible non-lethal weapon. 

Makhunin notes that there is no general agreement on how EM waves disrupt nerves - he mentions ion channels similar to those in the plasma paper - but he certainly seems to be seeing the same effects as American researchers. 

But it need not be a non-lethal weapon. Makhunin also mentions the effects of "change of electrocardiogram" and what he calls "function break of heart muscle." The vulnerability of the heart to electrical stimulation (including that produced by EM waves) is well documented. 

A lethal device would interfere with the electrical potentials that keep the chambers of the heart synchronized, producing fibrillation and rapid death. A death ray doesn’t need to be a truck-sized laser that reduces the target to smoking heap; a small device that stops the heart will do the job. 

Little has been openly published in this area in the public domain, but this may be the tip of the iceberg. We are likely to be hearing more in future - especially if the Russians manage to find funding. 

I don’t think we need tinfoil hats just yet. But a layer of conducting mesh built into body armor might save a lot of heartache in years to come.
