Arugula with goat cheese & strawberries

I basically ripped this one off from an upscale Arby's outside of Richmond, VA. But damn it was tasty, easy to make and that's too far to go for a salad.

This is a great recipe for this time of year. Strawberries are available everywhere-- buy local if you can!
