Rand Paul Would Not Even Shake Jack Conway's Hand at the Debate on Sunday Night

At the center of this controversy is an ad by Jack Conway that highlights Rand Paul's college days, when he was involved in a secret society called the NoZe Brotherhood at Baylor University that was allegedly banned for mocking Christianity.

One of Rand's alleged events during his time at the society, was him leading a young woman to a creek, tying her up and demanding she worship a God called the 'Aqua Buddha'. The woman was never harmed or in any danger, but she did find the experience a little strange.

Rand Paul finds it downright offensive to bring it up now, and made sure Conway was well aware of how he felt:

"You should be ashamed of yourself," Paul said to Conway in his opening statement on Sunday night, referencing the ad. "You should apologize. Have you no decency? Have you no shame?"

Jack Conway did not back down:

"Values matter," Conway said. "Why did [Paul] freely join a group known for mocking or making fun of people of faith? And secondly, when is it ever a good idea to tie up a woman and ask her to kneel before a false idol called Aqua Buddha?"

Rand Paul has denied the story that first appeared in GQ last year, and told Conway he should stay on the topics of the day and not bring up something that happened when he was in college.

"You know how we know when you're lying?" Paul said to Conway. "Your lips are moving. You're accusing me of crimes. Do you know nothing about the process? You're going to stand there and accuse me of a crime from 30 years ago from some anonymous source? How ridiculous are you? You embarrass this race... Run a race like a man . . . instead of calling me names."

Paul has now released an ad of his own, attacking Conway's 'Aqua Buddha' ad - we have uploaded both for you to check out for yourself.

I don't like the fact that Rand Paul belonged to a Budda sect when he was in collage. But I dont want the Muslins running our America
