Baby pacifiers have received attention lately for their bacterial contamination, now we have about 6 500 baby pacifiers recalled because they may fall apart and choke your baby.

Pacifiers purchased after February 27, 2008 that are the subject of this recall, if still in their original packaging, can be identified by the Item and UPC numbers listed below, opposite the corresponding team logos:
