Basket of Cashew Fruits

A basket of rare cashew fruits. Just think-- the seed of the cashew has to be roasted for a long time before the cashew pops out-- if not the seed is extremely poisonous!! Found in Antigua, Guatemala. The fruit lasts only 2-3 days after being picked, so these are never found to far from the farm they were picked. They don't taste too good either.. (the fruit) dries your mouth out
