Anyone that has seen Oprah lose and gain weight should have figured out that diets don't work. All of that is total BS.
The only thing that works is to stop eating so much. Is really very simple math. If you consume more calories than you use, you'll gain weight. If you consume less, you'll lose weight. All of the exercise in the world won't help unless you understand that simple fact. The "diet gurus" are just scam artists playing upon people's desire for a solution that doesn't require any will power or effort on their part, Oprah is the poster child for diet stupidity.

The Best Life diet is one of the easiest and most successful plans out there. Follow the step by step instructions and results will come quickly. I'm been able to use the online calorie counter at fitclick.com to track my daily eating habits. It's a great fitness community.
