the best vegan cheeze slices around

I had to special order a case of the stuff, as none of the area co-ops carry it anymore. Something about trans fats and yadda yadda. All I know is, it tastes great. And the texture is good. And it melts. And it's the only vegan cheese substitute that the little man will eat. That said, it's still only a once-in-a-while food. Thankfully it'll last a good long time in the fridge.
