Unwanted fat on thighs and stomach can now be re-distributed and used as breast implants. This new operation has so far been tested in Britain and the United States, and is expected to be available to the public in these countries early next year.

The procedure involves doctors taking fat from areas of the body such as the hips and stomach, moving it into the breasts to create "natural" implants. Tests have shown the implants feel and look more natural than the synthetic options available today. They are also longer lasting, as they do not become hard over time, which happens with some artificial implants.
