I went down to the hospital to take a snap for Lish so while I was there I gave blood. I was a month over due for my donations so it was awesome. Actually it was painful as I had a training nurse and the vain "slipped" when she put the needle (which was too big for my complete lack of vains) and went too deep and side ways an generally NOT ina vain but I feel good now:D
