Build-A-Bear Recall: Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears Pose Choking Risk

The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CSPC) issued a recall on Build-A-Bear Colorful Hearts Teddy Bears, because the toys' eyes could pose a choking risk to small children.

So, if your child has a Colorful Hearts Teddy Bear, take it away, because there's a chance that he or she could pull out the bear's eyes and choke on them. The recalled teddy bears can be returned to any Build-A-Bear store in exchange for a coupon good for any available stuffed animal.
