In a recent study posted on today’s issue of Sleep journal, it features a demo of online cognitive behavioral therapy as it improves chronic insomnia, daytime fatigue and boosts sleep quality. This recent development will break erroneous beliefs about pre-sleep and sleep mental arousal. The study was joined by 118 adults who suffers from chronic insomnia either by referral from a sleep clinic or the ones who responded to newspaper ads. Those undergo the experiment was required to have a high-internet access and a home computer to monitor the patient’s developments and to run the online therapy.
