As Close to Mother's Milk as Can Be? La Loo's Goat Milk Ice Cream

For the past year, in an effort to eat healthier I have almost crossed ice cream off the menu.
I broke that trend yesterday after reading Kid's stuff (FT Week End) which covered 2 California ice-cream makers named La Loo's and Ici.
As I was jotting down my food shopping list, I found out that one of my local supermarkets offered some of La Loo's flavors on sale.
