CMS Releases National Health Expenditure Projections

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has prepared an analysis of projected national health care expenditures through 2017, which has been published in the journal Health Affairs. According to CMS, national health spending is expected to grow to 6.7 percent in 2007 and reach $2.2 trillion.
