I love this stuff! I've never tried pouring it over cold cereal (which I rarely eat as a meal, usually only dry as a snack) but I use it in hot cereal, tea, hot cocoa, recipes and most places I'd normally use dairy milk.
When I want to splurge I'll use a cup of this and a packet of sugar free hot cocoa. Even though this stuff is low fat it still adds a richness & creaminess to the cocoa without adding a lot of calories and carbs.
