Day 295 - 102808

I saw my CDE last week and she lectured me about my weight. When I first started seeing her I was very overweight. Once I started pumping the weight came off. I then got lectured about losing too much weight. She went back through my file and decided what weight she was happy with, which is about 25 pounds less than where I am now.

So, I've been cutting out the snacks after dinner and watching what I snack on in the afternoon. Not eating after dinner really does keep my BGs steady overnight.

She couldn't find my lab results when I was there but she e-mailed them a few days alter. My cholesterol (total and LDL) went up, probably due to the weight gain. She said if it doesn't go down she's going to put me back on Lipitor. I hate taking pills so that's another reason to drop the weight (and keep it off).
