Day 314 - 112008

For the past couple of years my iron has been a little low. Low enough to defer me from donating blood but not low enough for my doctor/CDE to be concerned about. I went to CVS to buy more iron tablets but spaced out and bought regular multivitamins instead. Oh well, they do have some iron in them. I don't always remember to take my daily supplements. I need to be more organized.
