Well the title pretty much explains this - this is my nightly regime.
The core of this collection is my japanese fat monster (otherwise know as Lipator) , a low dose aspirin, a couple of fish oil concentrate, a multivitamin and my least favorite (the pink ones) niacin.
The niacin suck because they screw with your body opening up all the blood vessels near the surface of the skin leading to overwhelming hot flushes. All this effort and I'm going through menopause. The good news is that the feeling usually only lasts about 30 minutes but every now and then my body goes haywire and it takes a few hours to go through.
Anyway, my numbers are better, the doctors happy and I know what I'm having before bed for the rest of my life......still it could be a whole lot worse, I could not have them and die of a heart attack.
